Lily Rainey | Football Proper Youth Trainer

A USSF “D” License Coach at the age of 19, Lily joins Football Proper with equally impressive playing and coaching experience. A current member of the Point Loma Nazarene Women’s Soccer team, Nationally Ranked 11th in the NAIA, Lily has played for the San Diego Surf, the TVSA Hawks, and Linfield Christian High School, where she earned All-CIF, All-League First Team 4 years in a row and was named the Big Sky League MVP. As a senior, she coached Linfield’s middle school soccer team to a successful season. Lily started her technical training and player development with Football Proper in 2005, is an expert in rehabilitation training and injury prevention, and is excited to work with youth players to help them achieve their soccer goals and dreams.
