The experience of working with football proper is almost parallel to the college level. I'm on a college division one team and every drill, fitness, or strength training we do mirrors the work I've done with Football Proper. The camp that I did over summer was the most beneficial for me as a soccer player because nothing helped prepare me more for the college level. If you want to play at a higher level it is crucial that you cross train and work on technique as well as fitness. The most important aspect is attitude. Football Proper is a place where the only way for someone to get anything out of it is if they want to be there and want to improve as a soccer player. I made the best of it and I'm so grateful for what it has done for me.
