Football Proper entered the American Soccer Tennis Organization (ASTO) National Cup in San Juan Capistrano hosted by former US National Team Captain Thomas Dooley. This tournament served as one of two qualification tournaments for the national soccer tennis event held in Las Vegas at the end of this year. The Football Proper team consisting of Adam Skumawitz, Brian Wood, Niko Acosta and Michael Farfan battled soccer tennis veterans from Slovakia, Czech Republic, and the US to claim the Men's Division Championship.
